f.red is a platform that drives the transformation of executive talent and corporate governance, offering a specialized training program along with a placement and advisory network.
Connecting Talent, Companies, and Education
OMG, a recognized think & do tank known for its focus on economic and business development through knowledge creation and consulting services, uses f.red to train and connect highly qualified professionals with corporate leadership bodies. Leveraging its extensive experience in corporate governance projects, the platform aims to generate meaningful social impact.
Through Instituto OMG, in collaboration with Centro de Estudios Garrigues, we have designed an academic offering in governance leadership that provides a strategic and holistic vision tailored to the business reality of the Dominican Republic, contributing ethically and effectively to the success of participants as future members of governing bodies.
This program is designed to prepare executives to navigate and maximize success as independent corporate directors, with a focus on the critical issues facing today’s Boards of Directors.

Objective
Equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills to perform effectively as members of an organization’s board, using ESG sustainability standards as a starting point. The program covers key topics such as the applicable regulatory framework, finance, decision-making, risk management, opportunity identification, impact assessment, strategic decisions, and legal intelligence.

f.red Training Registration: Complete the online registration form and upload the required documentation. Once we have received your form and documents, we will complete the pre-selection process and send you a confirmation email so you may proceed with payment*.
f.red Training: By completing our academic program, you will gain access to modules on the regulatory framework, environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters, finance for directors, risk management, strategic decision-making, legal intelligence, and board member skills. Upon completion of the f.red Training program, you will receive a certificate of participation issued by Instituto OMG.
Once you have successfully completed the f.red Training process, you will be enrolled in the f.red Directory, and the identification and matchmaking stage will begin.**
f.red Directory: By joining our connection and advisory network, you will participate in an interview to discuss your interests, followed by a compatibility assessment between your profile and business needs. Our team will actively explore market opportunities to connect your profile with companies across various industries in the country, supporting you throughout the entire process.
* Payment is required to secure your spot and will cover the cost of becoming part of the f.red Directory once you have completed the f.red Training process.
**Those who meet the pre-established requirements, as determined by the f.red team, may join the f.red Directory directly upon completion of the corresponding payment. We encourage all candidates to complete the f.red Training process for professional development and updating purposes.
