Business is the engine of the economy. The creation and operation of companies generate employment, drive the production of goods and services, and foster competition. This economic activity not only meets the needs of the population, but also strengthens a country’s financial stability by increasing tax revenues and reducing the burden of social assistance.
In its second edition, the CDERC seeks to promote the role of lawyers and their impact on the creation and proper development of businesses.
The congress will feature two keynote lectures and six panel discussions covering the broad world of business from a legal perspective: justice, public-private partnerships, capital markets, estate planning, corporate governance, movable collateral, third-party funding, and new technologies.
